It's Time

First, I believe it is time to get this blog going! I need to have like ten blogs by the end of the semester for my Computer class. So, I am getting started! My professor literally said, write about about anything you want, so I guess that is what I will be doing!

Second, I believe it is time to dig deeper into my faith. It's important not to get to comfortable at where I am. I mean if I stay where I am, then I'm less likely to grow. If I don't water the plant then it isn't going to grow (well I guess that works if I actually had a plant haha Gotta start somewhere!). Bottom Line: I need to spend more time in His word (The Bible) and listening to his voice. *John 10:3b-5 The sheep know His voice, therefore following Him. They will run from a stranger because they do not recognize His voice.

Third, I need not to compromise myself or beliefs just to make a new friend or have people think im "cool". I mean I am cool so who do I need to prove. HAHA jk :D Really though, it is hard being at a new school and not really knowing anyone. At ACU I have friends who know me and know what I stand for. Here, at TWU, no one knows me and no one knows what I stand for. It is hard starting all over and the ease of compromise seems to be much more tempting then standing alone sometimes.
